Maybe, if...: ... you're a lab rat being given huge doses. No evidence caffeine is "neurotoxic" in us. "Neurotoxicity" used as you are using it is like saying your car has "engine trouble": It's meaningless without a specific definition. Which nerves? We have a lot of different kinds. Timeline? Permanent or temporary? What is specific pathology? There are all kinds of qualifiers.
