It is possible ...: If you swallowed something "down the wrong pipe" it is possible to get a foreign body trapped in the windpipe(trachea). You should seek help in regards to an in-person evaluation and if you are having any difficulty breathing or swallowing secretions then you should seek urgent medical attention to ensure the safety of your airway and/or food pipe(esophagus).
