Conception date 2/10: If you are 19 w 3 d, then conception date is around Feb 10 and your LMP was Jan 27. If your dates were based on an ultrasound and not a period, there is some inaccuracy to the dates. In the first trimester, it's accurate to within 4-5 days, but in the second, it's within 2-3 weeks.
