Is it normal for my semen to change consistancy depending on how often i masturbate? Somtimes its yellowish other times pure white?

Not normal if U feel: that yiou ejaculate or have a climax. Problem could be related to the methylphenidate, Zoloft (sertraline) & Adderall that you are taking. Suggest you discuss this with Dr. who prescribed the medications. Don't be embarassed, all normal 18-year-olds masturbate.

Very unusual: You certainly have forward ejaculation with masturbation, which is the same mechanism as during intercourse. Semen must go into the bladder by retrograde ejaculation if u experience an orgasm during intercourse. Some medications cause retrograde ejaculation. Do you take some medications in the evening before sex, but masturbate at other times during the day? A urologist might help.
