No: Your initial weight will not be harmful to the baby. It is recommended that an underwight women gain between 30 and 40 pounds during pregnancy. More than half of this will probably be after 20 weeks. You don't need to binge to make this happen. Your body usually knows what it needs to do. Eat a healthy, balanced diet with more calories than normal and you should be fine. Best wishes!
