Most likely: After childbirth, regular or by c section, women often undergo a period of irregular menstruation. Heavy bleeding, esp after section is common, usually occurring 5-6 weeks after child birth. subsequent periods can also be irregular. You should get yourself checked again at your post natal appointment.
