No but it's possible: Any physician will immediately suspect pregnancy first or urinary infection. Once these are ruled out, you can have your blood tested for elevated blood sugar (diabetes) and creatinine. This will answer the question of ckd.

CKD not likely: Hi. No, CKD very unlikely, but so easy to test for. Up at night peeing? Nausea? I'd bet more on a high blood sugar! See your doctor sooner than later. Most type 1 diabetes DOESN'T have a family history (although there are striking exceptions to that generalization). Good luck!
