Joint, body pain: Are you also having fever? These symptoms can suggest viral and flu-like infections, but being in India, must consider mosquito-borne illnesses- malaria, dengue, etc.- typhoid, others. Suggest some initial blood tests and screen for malaria. If no infection and ongoing symptoms, further tests for other conditions, e.g. connective tissue disorders.
