May work less well: The medication from pessary treatments tends to be washed away by menstrual flow and this applies to Clotrimazole pessaries for thrush, which may be what you would be using. So the pessary may not work as well but this is not the same as saying it won't work at all or that it is harmful to use it during your period. Also the changes in vaginal acidity with menstruation may help.

Try to wait: If you can tolerate it, you might wait until you are finished. The vaginal pH is altered during your period so it might not help. If you need external relief, you can use an OTC cream on the outside.
