May have to excise: Tretinoin A (Steivs A and Retin A) should not be able to hold a lesion, that while cutaneous and benign is a form of sweat gland tumor found mostly in the head and neck area and sometimes forms in the hand. I think surgical excision will be necessary If the lesion is large enough or symptomatic.
