No: Condoms and spermicide are the only OTC BC at this time. Emergency contraception is OTC, but that's not a good long-term answer. There is some discussion of making OCPs available, but I don't expect that any time soon. Sounds like you need to see your GYN to discuss options.

Birth control: You need to consult your doctor about alternative options. Condoms are the best form over the counter for prevention but not as safe as birth control pills. Birth control also comes in shot form, patches, vaginally interted rings and Intra uterine devices. These can be prescribed or obtained from your doctor. IUD may need referral for insertion. Birth control: The only form of birth control that is 100% effective is abstinence. Oral contraceptives, condoms, iud's and implantable forms of birth control all have a known failure rate. Even surgical options like tubal libation and vasectomy can fail. Nature is a very persistent thing. It would be foolish to rely on any OTC or supplemental birth controls to actually prevent pregnancy.
