Could happen...: It may not be exactly at the same time, but if your cycles regular, and you folks don't have problems with fertility, and that you are having regular relations, especially around ovulation time, you have a chance of carrying the pregancies about the same time. Eat healthy, keep actives, take your prenatal vitamins, avoid tobacco/drugs/alcohol, and follow up with docs regularly. Good luck.

Wanting pregnancy: The most important thing a committed couple can do to increase their change of conceiving a baby is the measure basal body temperature (you need a special higher calibrated thermometer and a chart for recording) to insure that the woman is ovulating (abrupt 1/2-1 degree increase in morning temperature) and that you have sex 2-3 times within 72 hours of ovulation.
