Lip warts: Lip warts are often filamentous in nature. You don't mention what, if anything, has been tried so far. Options include chemical treatment, laser therapy, cryotherapy. and surgical treatment. Another option is to do nothing as these usually go away on their own with time ( 6-24 months) without any intervention. If pose a cosmetic concern in a 13 year old, then see dermatologist for all options.
