Could fertilaid work for anyone and everyone?

It doesn't (no proof: I guess in theory it could, but there is no satisfactory evidence at this time that it works at all - for anybody. These products are not regulated and no clinically worthwhile studies have been published. Until some evidence appears supporting that it works, I'd avoid products like Fertilaid.
