Likely a UTI: Not uncommon following a cystogram. Impossible to avoid pushing bacteria up urethra with catheter insertion. We add antibiotic (80mg gentamicin) to the Cystografin used for cystograms to prevent just such UTI. Advise to contact Dr who either ordered or performed procedure as you now need an appropriate antibiotic to treat your procedure caused UTI
