A member asked:

If my baby's feet are facing outward like a penguin's, is that abnormal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Toeing out: You did not mention how old your baby is. Toeing out or in are common in infants before they are a year old. When they start walking, these problems usually go away. If the problem persists by or after the age of 18 months, an orthopedic evaluation maybe warranted.
