Homemade food: After cereal the next food to introduce is vegetables. Puréed Carrots, sweet potatoes, green beans and peas are all possibilities. Use guidelines from the American Academy of Paediatrics. All the best.

Introducing solids: Solid foods should be introduced to infants at 6 months of age. The easiest homemade food is mashed bananas- mash using the back of a spoon.
