Most are mixed: Traits, especially complex ones like things that contribute to personality and emotional/mental processes are combinations of genetics, environment and experience (learning). The contributions of one to a particular trait may be stronger, but it is rare for any link to be absent. Control by any one is rare. It's a contribution issue.
