Multiple...: It could be related to various reasons besides pregnancy it might include infection or one of different hormonal issues. She should get evaluated in order to get blood work ordered. However, I would suggest to recheck pregnancy test before.

Several: Ovulatory dysfunction is the most common reason. If a recurring problem, then it should be evaluated. Also, to be sure repeat a pregnancy test, 7 days from the first one
