Pre-cum?: Pre-ejaculatory fluid or "pre-cum" is typically similar in composition to semen, but has some differences. It is primarily produces by Cowper's gland and is sometimes called Cowper's fluid. It is acid neutralizing, lubrication, and varies in volume depending on the person. It is capable of transmitting HIV and can contain sperm.
