Depends: The chances of getting HIV from anal intercourse depend on the HIV status of the partners. If both are HIV negative, there is no risk of transmission. If one is positive, the virus may be transmitted to the uninflected partner. Any unprotected sex with an HIV infected partner can lead to Transmission of infection.
