Gas?: Sometimes, gas pain can cause mild discomfort as you describe. Also could be muscle strain. If it gets worse, see a doctor.

Anatomy: This where ur liver and gallbladder are. U'r large intestine also runs through that area and some small intestine. Behind all of that and running jnbrtween it is u'r kidney and ureter-which drains urine from kidney to bladder. Gallbladder is the most common cause of pain in that area. It could be the muscles of the abdominal=belly wall too.
