Morning sickness: Nausea in pregnancy lasts for different amounts of time in different women. For most, it resolves by the end of the first trimester, although it can certainly persist longer. It can also end earlier in the pregnancy, and some people do not ever get morning sickness. There is a wide range of normal for this condition.
