Nausea & pregnant: Very common. But not fun to deal with/experience. Small, frequent meals. Carbs good, protein good. Watch the fat. Old stand by of crackers and water before you get out of bed and start day can help. Vit B6 25-50mg 3 times a day can help. Gingner has helped some (ginger snap cookies). Pyridoxine/doxylamine combo also can be helpful. Stay in touch with your OB. Can become dehydrated with this
