Call your doc: that is part of the doc's fee to manage you post op until you are recovered, it is common for pain meds to cause nausea you may need a differnet one or anti-nausea meds so call the doc who did your surgery NOW

Sounds normal: Pain meds may cause nausea. Try the anti nausea meds prescribed or try changing your pain medications.
