Good news: Good news that you're not pregnant while taking isotretinoin. Many doctors will recommend (2) forms of birth control while on drugs like that. If you're not pregnant and you haven't missed a pill, then you're likely okay. Could be your period is late due to lining of uterus being thin secondary to oral contraceptive use. See a doctor for blood test to confirm no pregnant, discuss lack of period.
