Sounds okay.: As long as you are gaining weight appropriately, and your obstetrician says that your check ups are fine, it should not be a concern. The fetus does not comprehend anything while in the womb, so you do not need to worry about it being hungry. Good luck.

Yes: The fetus is not hungry while the mother is sleeping, sometimes ten hours. As long as the overall weight gain is normal and there is good growth, you have nothing to worry about.
