Waste of money: There is no scientific evidence that taking pueraria mirifica will increase breast size, especially when you are taking an oral contraceptive. There is some scant evidence that it can help menopausal symptoms. Safety is unknown as there are no studies. Don't waste your money on these unproven supplements.
