Here is ...: If the bump right beneath penile skin, it may be a sebaceous cyst, which may grow in size with highly variable pace and occasionally - rarely- get infected. If right on skin, it may be just an inborn mole. Nonetheless, time will tell the story. But, if in doubt, see Doc timely for confirmation.
