Clear sperm: Clear sperm is usually caused by frequent ejaculation, diet, or youth. Men with clear sperm have no cause to be concerned in most cases, but it could be a sign of retrograde ejaculation as well. Diets with increased zinc and folates (folic acid) will help if diet related. If it persists, even if you let yourself "rest" from ejaculating for a week or so, then see a Dr. (preferably a Urologist). Good luck.
