Post coital bleeding: The term used for this is post coital bleeding or PCB. The source of bleeding can either be from cervix (more common) or uterus. U can still have an infection which should be ruled out first, as it is easy to treat. If non-menstrual spotting/bleeding persists, get yourself examined by your OB. If yor last PAP test was normal, that should be repeated, along with a check of your uterus lining.
