May be concerning. : Morning sickness is common in the first 13 weeks of the pregnancy, but typically resolves. Some patients have complained that it persists even longer into the second trimester. But a new onset of nausea and vomiting in this time period makes me concerned about pregnancy induced hypertension, especially based on your age. Gallbladder disease and pancreatitis also need to be considered.

Try reflux med: Sometimes nausea and vomiting in third trimester is from reflux (heartburn). Try avoiding spicy foods, sleep propped up or try TUMS (calcium carbonate). Digestion also slows and sometimes causes nausea. If you are unable to keep fluids down, you should see your doctor.
