Don't live in fear: Focus energies on living as healthy a lifestyle as possible. This includes optimizing nutrition, utilizing smart supplementation when appropriate, engaging in strenuous exercise most days of the week, getting quality sleep, and lowering stress. All of these factors play a role in libido. The other important aspect is hormones. If libido starts to wane, check with doc early to get hormones tested.
