What do you advise if i'm having bad stomach pains, help?

Question of ulcer: lTrue stomach or gastric pain is usually caused by an ulcer which can be controlled by Maalox which neutralizes acid or Prilosec which is an inhibitor of acid formation. If not from stomach but in the region of the stomach this could be pancreatitis or a GB problem. If simple stomach treatment doesn't help a scan of the abdomen may be necessary
