It's possible: The HPV vaccines only protect against certain strains of the disease (importantly the ones that cause the majority of cancers). So you can still get HPV after the vaccine, but your chances of getting a "bad" HPV that can lead to cancer are much less.

Yes: The vaccine only of HPV covers the 4 most common strain and there are over 130 strains of HPV. Use condoms all the time to try to protect yourself.
