A member asked:

Is it possible for people to tell when you're on xanax (alprazolam)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sometimes!: If you take too much xanax (alprazolam) it can cause drowsiness, slurred speech, slowed thoughts and reaction times, balance problems and lack of inhibition. All those things can become noticeable to others!
