Dysphoria: One positive reaction to narcotics is "Euphoria" just feeling good!! That's why narcs are abused frequently. Stopping oxy abruptly can in some cases cause "dysphoria"...just feeling terrible. Depression can also be involved, so be sure to watch for any signs of hurting oneself, and seek medical/emotional professional help if that happens. Good Luck
