Is it possible for level 2 sonogram to be wrong?

Sonograms: In the hands of experienced sonographers, ultrasound is highly accurate. However, no test is 100% accurate, and we are all imperfect beings, subject to human error. So, it is possible, but not likely, for sonography to produce an erroneous result.
