Can ingesting 50ml of pure methanol cause heart problems after a week or so? what are your expert opinions?

Methanol: In the dose mentioned severe central nervous system damage would likely result. I couldn't find a description of cardiac related toxicity with methanol but the CNS toxicity would be severe.
