Diabetes Symptoms: Absolutely! Prediabetes is on the road to Diabetes Type 2. It is unreasonable to expect to go from no symptoms to full symptoms when you move your blood sugar just a tiny bit. If you have been told you have prediabetes, then I strongly recommend you start exercising daily, cut your carbs dramatically (none other than from non-starchy vegetables is my rec.), and normalize your weight urgently.

Possibly: Mostly "prediabetes" is asymptomatic, as in no symptoms. But if and when prediabetes more closely approaches diabetes, that's when your more likely to see symptoms like increased thirst, increased urination, fatigue and blurry vision.
