See Doctor ASAP!: If your having vaginal bleeding (not just spotting) everyday for the past 10 weeks, despite being on birth control pills, my first concern is that you may have become anemic (low blood count). This can be be very dangerous, so please go see your clinician asap. They can perform a vaginal and pelvic exam, lab tests, an ultrasound, +/- a biopsy to rule out a hormonal, anatomic or infectious cause.
