Pregnancy: If you have had unprotected sex pregnancy is always a possibility though 2 days in the delay of starting your menstrual cycle is common and can happen for many reasons. If you don't start full menstruation after 7 to 10 days of expected period you should definitely obtain a pregnancy test.
