Yes: Anytime you have unprotected sex, you can become pregnant. If you have regular, 28 day cycles, it is less likely that you'll become pregnant on day 5 of your cycle. However, many people have irregular periods, or just count days wrong :/ contact your OB if you think you may be pregnant, as well as to schedule a time to discuss methods of contraception, if you don't want to become pregnant :)
