Not necessarily: There can be skin changes during pregnancy, but the only way to know would be to to a pregnancy test.

It's possible: Have you missed any periods? Have you had unprotected sex? I would advise just taking a home pregnancy test to more easily answer your question. Linea nigra is a sign of pregnancy, due to an increase in hormones causing increased production of melanin, the pigment that colors skin.

No: A dark line, or linea nigra is not a reliable sign of pregnancy. Although some women only notice this in pregnancy due to pregnancy hormones, others always have the line. Certain ethnicities with darker skin are more likely to have a more pronounced line. If you are concerned, I would recommend a pregnancy test.
