Acid reflux: Basic remedies include: avoid eating 2 hours prior to going to bed, raise head of bed if possible, some foods can cause increased symptoms these are: alcohol, caffeine, chocolate, mints, nuts, tomato based sauces and others. Keep a food diary and see which foods don't agree with you and avoid them. Talk to to your doctor about medications that may be helpful. Take care!
