I find vegetables undigested after bowel bowel movement. also abdomen pains sometimes.

Common: The most common type of food to be seen undigested in the stool is actually vegetables. They often are very high in fibers that we do not have enzymes in our digestive system to degrade them with. The fiber could also be causing gas pains. This can be a very normal finding. If you have accompanying frequent diarrhea, unintentional weight loss, or other stool changes, consult your doctor.

Yeah that happens: hiatal hernia is incredibly common and increased abdominal pressure will causse stuff to go up the esophagus and irritate it.
