No: If the only problem you have had was that cyst years ago and it was treated, there is no lingering infection or any problem from that. The bigger question is if you have had any unprotected sexual activity in the ensuing years that would have exposed you to other STD's and whether any of these would be transmissible to another person. If you have questions, get an exam done to make sure you're OK.
