Bend, pain, swelling: History of trauma. Most common cause is sex lying on back with partner on top. Also trauma to an erect penis. Penis will have a bend with swelling & tenderness on convexity at site of fracture. Needs urgent attention if recent. Either way best to consult a urologist.
