Possibly none: Ibuprofen does not contain pseudoephedrine HCL (PSE). Equate is the name of a pharmaceutical company brand, and you may have a medication from that brand, Equate, but that’s not the name of the medication itself. What you have may have PSE in it or not - possibly at a dose of 30 mg or 120 mg. The best bet is to take your bottle to a local pharmacy for assistance or read the active ingredient list.
