Serious: Fetal alcohol syndrome is a devastating illness that can permanently harm or even kill the infant. I would recommend getting immediate counseling and there are rehab programs that can deal with folks who are pregnant. Don't abandon or alienate them as they need your help now more than ever. I recommend getting a professional involved as soon as you can. Start with her OB doctor
